Terry is The Clerkley Watkins Group project architect and project
manager for multi-family and mixed use types. His main responsibilities
involve schematic design, design development, construction
documentation, and construction administration.
Terry's project experience list covers a broad range of disciplines which
include commercial, corporate, healthcare, banks, hotels, parking garages,
and multi-family. Within the multi-family category, he has worked on condo, apartment, low-rise, mid-rise, and high-rise projects, many with parking
garages. Additional project types in which he has extensive experience
are single use and mixed use projects.
Terry graduated from Texas A&M University school of
architecture with
a BA in Environmental Design. Throughout his professional career, he
has worked in
major metropolitan Texas cities as team leader, job captain,
project manager, and project architect.
His years of expertise with various multi-family and mixed use projects
