architectural packages. The initial package, the Basic Architectural
Services package includes professional, creative and technical services
for concept and design phase through construction document phase.
The secondary package, the Supplemental Services package, consists
of optional services, to complement the basic services package.

The Basic Architectural Services package consists of the following:

     Size, concept, and organization are conceived
     Preliminary drawings are provided for review
