PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR OF DESIGN AND PLANNING

Curtis W. Clerkley, Jr., principal of The Clerkley Watkins Group,
has a diverse background in architecture and planning. His professional
career spans over 24 years, with experience in various architectural
disciplines of design, marketing and development, project management,
programming, and construction administration. Throughout his career,
Mr. Clerkley has always been involved in the providing a variety of
comprehensive services, offering single firm responsibility.

Project types for which Mr. Clerkley has architectural experience
include multi-family housing, condominiums, townhomes, student
housing, mixed-use development, single housing, high-end fitness
facilities and clubs, active adult communities, restaurants, retail
centers and various other miscellaneous project types.

A 1981 Texas Tech University graduate, Mr. Clerkley was employed
by Pierce, Goodwin & Alexander. He later joined Steinberg/Wallace
and Associates, managing multi-family projects. Mr. Clerkley was a
partner in charge of design with the Meloni/Clerkley Partnership.
before establishing The Clerkley Group, Inc. In 2001, Mr. Clerkley
formed The Clerkley Watkins Group, making Mr. Edward Watkins a
a principal in the firm. As a principal of The Clerkley Watkins Group,
Mr. Clerkley maintains and manages daily operations of the company.
He is highly active in the Houston community, volunteering and serving
on numerous boards and committees.
