PRINCIPAL/DIRECTOR OF ARCHITECTURE

As a principal of The Clerkley Watkins Group, Mr. Edward H. Watkins
has over 44 years of experience in architecture as principal, project
architect, project manager, office manager, and construction coordinator.
Prior to the creation of The Clerkley Watkins Group, Mr Watkins was
Director of Architecture with The Clerkley Group, Inc. for 10 years.
In 2001, as a result of his accomplishments as Director, Mr. Watkins
was named a partner in creating the firm The Clerkley Watkins Group.
As Partner and Director of Architecture for The Clerkley Watkins Group,
Mr. Watkins oversees architectural production, from project development
through construction administration. He simultaneously manages projects
throughout the country, maintaining quality service with efficiency.

His previous experience includes high-rise office complexes, parking
structures, health facilities, restaurants, and religious facilities. Housing
projects include high-rise condominiums, townhomes, mixed-use
development, and multi-family apartment projects. Mr. Watkins’ primary
areas of concentration for over 10 years has been on multi-family
housing, active adult communites, and student housing.
